3. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid features may be offered through:

- Google Play Store
- PayPal
- RevenueCat
- Other supported providers
Pricing, taxes, renewals, free trials, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the applicable payment platform unless otherwise stated.
Where permitted by law, fees are non-refundable.
4. Health Disclaimer
KND Fit provides general fitness, wellness, and lifestyle information only.
It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Consult a licensed physician or qualified professional before beginning exercise programs, changing diet, or relying on fitness recommendations.
Use of the Service is at your own risk.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate laws or regulations
- Abuse or harass others
- Reverse engineer protected systems
- Interfere with app functionality
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Upload harmful or illegal content
- Exploit subscriptions or payment systems fraudulently
6. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit, such as photos, logs, notes, and profile data.
You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display such content solely to operate and improve the Service.
7. AI Features
Some features may generate automated recommendations or analysis.
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not replace professional judgment.

The Service, branding, software, graphics, designs, and related materials are owned by KND Fit or its licensors and protected by applicable law.
