Mobile App Purchases
Subscriptions or purchases made through:
- Apple App Store
- Google Play Store
are managed directly by those platforms.
Refund eligibility, billing disputes, cancellations, and payment terms are subject to their respective policies.
Please use your Apple or Google account purchase history to request refunds when available.
Direct Web Purchases
If a purchase was made directly through KND Fit or fit.kndstore.com using supported payment providers, refund requests may be reviewed case-by-case where permitted by law.
To request support:
Include:
- Purchase email
- Transaction date
- Payment provider
- Reason for request
Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to deny refund requests involving fraud, repeated abuse, chargeback misuse, or violations of our Terms.
Subscription Cancellation
Cancelling a subscription prevents future billing cycles but does not automatically generate retroactive refunds unless required by law.
